Section 1: REFUND

1.1.     In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to initiate return of the product within 3 (Three) calendar days of the delivery of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

1.2.     The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 (Five) to 10 (Ten) business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 (Three) calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We will not refund the product cost incurred in case of remorse returns.


  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.

Note : In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery confirmation for us to investigate.


2.1.     Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on

2.2.     Return will be processed only if:

  1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;


  1. the product is not different from what was shipped to you; and


  1. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, Price tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

2.3.     Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

2.4.     Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

2.5.     Additional information may be required to process the return, including test reports, pictures, or any other reports required to verify the cause of return.

2.9.     We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any product.

2.11.   Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty, this includes the fading of monogramming over time.


2.12.   Please note that the online visualizers are indicators, and there may be slight variations in the result of real-life products. Each individual screen is subject to a number of variables in colour, illumination and other visual aspects; and as such we endeavor to make our products look as close to digital artwork as possible.


2.13.   It is clarified that at the time of creating a return request, users are required to confirm (via a check box click) that the product being returned is unused and has the original tags intact. If the product returned by the user is used, not in the original condition received and damaged or if the original tags are missing, the user’s return request shall be declined, and no refund shall be given. In such a case, the said product shall be re-shipped back to the customer only upon receipt of shipping cost.
