    The next-generation device facilitates fast and fully automated preliminary testing of injectors.
     It is specifically designed to replace the traditional hand pump’s mechanical gauge.
    Suitable for all applications:
    • CR injectors
    • Unit injectors &  unit pumps
    • Traditional injectors

    Basic features:

    • Determination of the nozzle opening pressure
    • Leak test (static leakage of the injector)
    • Automatic detection of short circuits, coil breaks, low capacity for piezo, and short to the body
    • Built in pressure sensor
    • An automatic mode for generating pulses based on threshold pressure
    • Automatic detection of the injector connection
    • Automatic detection of the type of connected injector – piezo or electromagnetic
    • Automatic detection of the polarity of the piezo injector
    • The ability to update software online via PC software using Bluetooth or USB connection
    • Information displayed on a 3.2” color screen, with control provided by an encoder
    • The ability to print reports via software on a PC
